Disciple Sisters of Christ(DSC)

The missionary Cociety of the disciple Sisters of Christ was founded on 26 February 1986 in the village of Bilkisganj in the Archdiocese of Bhopal. It is an eparchial congregation. Rev. Sr. Pushpa Mannoor is the founders of their society. The aim objective of the congregation is proclamation of the word of God to the rural poor people and emancipation and empowerment of women and children, Though their Ministry they witness to the active presence of god in the world. The sisters are working in the diocese of Bhopal, Ujjain, Trichur and Trivandrum.

The congregation started to work in the eparchy of Ujjain in the month of December 1993. They have just one house with four members in the eparchy of Ujjain. The run a school of their own in the eparchy and at the same time they too collaborate in the Village apostolate of the eparchy
